Kfb Terms & Conditions — Complete Guide to Using the Platform

The kfb.one website and all its services (collectively, the "kfb Platform") are operated by kfb Group. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between kfb and its members.

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on the kfb platform. Violations will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of the account balance.

• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Creating multiple accounts with the intent to exploit the bonus system.
• Placing bets using software, bots, or automated systems.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate the system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Threatening or abusive behaviour toward other members or kfb staff.

Kfb reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any member's account at any time, for any reason.

• Accounts may be closed immediately in the event of a terms violation.
• Members may also request self-exclusion or account closure at any time.
• When an account is closed under normal circumstances, the verified balance will be returned.
• kfb reserves the right to withhold balances in cases of fraud or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Kfb makes every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted service. However, there may be circumstances beyond kfb's control that affect availability.

• kfb is not liable for issues caused by technical failures, internet outages, or disruptions to third-party services.
• kfb's maximum liability is limited to the original transaction amount of the member's relevant transaction.
• kfb is not liable for any financial losses incurred through betting.

Members will be notified in advance by their registered email address of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
